This policy explains what Nine M's Scaling collects and how we use it, for both the real estate agents we serve and the visitors who interact with their websites.

What we collect

• For agents (clients): business contact info, billing info (via Stripe), and the branding assets you upload.
• For their visitors / leads: name, email, phone, message content, IP address, and consent & unsubscribe records (CAN-SPAM).

How we use it

Only to operate the service: relay leads to the agent, send the agent's marketing/transactional communications, and maintain the audit log required by law. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

AI processing

Lead conversations may pass through Anthropic's Claude API for reply drafting and lead qualification. Anthropic is opted out of training on this data per our organization settings.

Your rights

Leads can opt out of email at any time via the one-click unsubscribe link in every message. Agents can export their CRM data on demand. Account deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
