These terms govern your use of Nine M's Scaling. By subscribing, you agree to the following commitments.

• Month-to-month subscription. Cancel any time.
• 30-day clean handoff on cancellation (full lead/CRM export and DNS unlock).
• Honest pricing. No ad-spend rake. No surprise fees.
• Service level: best-effort uptime, with priority support for Growth Engine clients.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you publish and for holding the real estate licensing required in your jurisdiction. All AI-generated listing copy passes a Fair Housing language scan and waits for your approval before it can publish.
